What Cause White Chunks And Yellowish Vaginal Discharge During Urination?

My daughter is incarceraated and not getting the proper medical attention she needs. These are her S/S as told to me by her. Abd distention/pain, Urine w/white chuncks or as she described it blue cheese urine, and vaginal discharge yellow in color. She has lead a hard life for the last 6 months. She admits to sharing needles and having intercourse with two different men. I am really scared for her health. What can you tell me

I really appreciate your concern, the symptoms could be suggestive of infection and it may needs some investigations to confirm this and in case of positive result may required antibiotic treatment, inflammatory condition of urinary tract can cause the pain and it can be managed with
' Dicyclomine with Mefenamic acid" hope this information helps.
