What Caused A Green Discharge Around My Penis In The Morning?

Hi. I woke up this morning with a green discharge around my penis and also for the last several days it has been itchy on (and in) the very tip of my penis. I don t know it this is related but I also have a very small but dry quite uncomfortable white spot on my lower eyelid. Please advise

dear you may be having infection in penis like bacterial infection of psedomonas. visit soon a surgeon get culture of the discharge done soon. regarding whit spot near eyelid can be xanthoma or vitiligo nothing much to worry, but more worrisome is of discharge in penis.
