What Caused A Knot And Pain At The Site From Where Blood Was Taken?

had blood work done today on my right arm afterwards the technician rat a bandage around my arm to prevent bleeding she then asked me to remove the bandage after 15 minutes I remove the bandage after 45 minutes because I forgot about it then I noticed a knot or a lot on the lower part of my right arm that is painful to the touch what is this

Thanks for your query.
You can put a warm compress on it, and you may very well see some bruising before all is said and done. You didnt say how long ago the draw was. If it was today or even yesterday, I would give it another day or two. If it does become painful or swollen, I would suggest seeing a doctor. But I think you will notice a difference in a day or so.
