What Caused Anxiety, Cold Hands And Shakes After Discontinuing Xanax?

Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here...I have been taking xanax for anxiety. I went two days without it after learning it is additive. I got very anxious and my whole body got cold as ice, and I was shaking ,I could not hold a cup. I called my friend to come over to be with me. I have never had anything like this before and i am scared.
