What Caused Erectile Dysfunction During My First Sexual Encounter?

Hi i'm 16 years old and very healthy and active. I had sex with my girlfriend for the first time in my life and before we started i started to lose my erection. The more I thought about it the worst it got to the point it was completely gone. Why did this happen ?
