What Caused Fever With Shivering And A Frozen Arm?

hi i developed a temp within 2 hrs of going 2 bed woke up shivering by the nite time i hadnt got the energy 2 talk then i couldnt move the top of my arm i had 2 hold it by my wrist everything has gon now cant belive how quick it came on and how quick it went thanx
