What Caused Finger Tips Cyanosis?

Hello. this morning as I was just doing my normal routine, I noticed that the tips of my fingers on my left hand had randomly turned blue. I immediately washed them w/ soap and water, and after that the blue color went away. I wasn't feeling sick at all during this. I just figured it was something I touched. What could've caused this?
