What Caused Lumps On Inner Thighs And What Treatment Should Be Taken ?

I have been getting several lumps in the same spots of my thighs for the past year only in between periods. What can be causing this and how can I get it treated? My skin is already discolored into almost black due them.

it may be recurrent folliculitis means infection that leave black spot
u need to check ur sugar level.
dont scratch or rub over it.
u need to consult dermatologist as chance of spreading is there.
