What Caused Missed Periods For The Past Two Months?

I started Loestrine 24 fe in June before I got married. I have had regular periods during my iron pills up until these past two months where I have had no period at all. I took a home pregnancy test which came back negative. Should I change pills or consider going to a doctor to get a pregnancy test?
