What Caused Right Sided Body Numbness With Tingling For A Short Period?

all of a sudden my right side of my body went numb, starting w/ my arm and progressed to my face. I couldn't speak properly either. The symptoms only lasted for about 20 seconds then went away followed by tingling in fingers and immediate return of normal speech. Based on these symptoms what are some of the possibilities? I am female, 40 y/o, 5'6", 178lbs
