Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have slightly blurred hearing and feeling pressure behind ears which is because sometimes upper respiratory tract infection ,when left untreated spread to ear through Eustachian tube and infect ear , which can cause pain and pressure in ear. Slightly blurred hearing occur due to nerve dysfunction or infection. Need not to worry. Avoid taking sharp, oily and spicy food. Take diet rich in multivitamins. I would suggest you to consult ENT specialist for proper examination . Doctor may order test like throat swab test , viral culture test or blood tests . Doctor may examine with otoscope . Doctor may prescribe antibiotics along with anti inflammatory.

Hope your concern has been resolved.
