What Caused Small Bubbles On The Upper Eyelid?

small little bubbles on the upper eyelid that is on the edge of the eyelid that scrapes the surface of my left eye whenever i blink. size is almost 1mm in diameter, almost skin color approaching clear even. there are 2 on the left. 4 days ago there appeared to be a bit of discoloration on the upper eyelid, purple, itchy, painful to rub eye, in the region of the tear duct but on the upper eyelid.

It appears to be ble pharitis. There is allergic involvement. Clean the eye lid with sterile wet swab. Scales must be rubbed out. Apply neosporine ophthalmic ointment on lid margin Take levocetrizine 5mg tablet daily. if there is dan droff in scalp or eye brow then apply nizral solution.Stop using cosmetic on eye or face for few days.
