What Caused Stomach Cramps With Residual Diarrhea And Black Spots?
i m 25 male. When i was 15 year old i had sever cramps in my stomach specifically in the center of my stomach but after a year it goes away. But after this i never have a proper stool. It is always like thick watery little dark brown color. Sometimes it is granular with very few black spots.

This problem is unrelated to your initial loose motion.
I would advise you to get workup done to rule out Malabsorption Syndrome.
If you are negative with that we would like to treat you for Irritable bowel syndrome.
Get following:
1. Upper GI Endoscopy.
2. Stool examination.
3. IgA Anti TTG Antibody.
Review with reports.
