What Caused Suffocation With Head Pain Now?

suffocation nd due to that lots of test has been done like echo tropt xray blood test ecg nd many more but all reports are good.. Now i am not able to concentrate in any work.. Not able to go alone outside.. Negative thinking... Pain in head.. I m scared about my health.. What to do
