What Caused Swollen Liver/ Spleen In A Child With History Of Lead Poisoning Upto 15?

My daughter had an ultrasound showing an echogenic liver and slightly elevated ALT. her follow-up ultrasound showed a slightly enlarged liver and spleen. All bloodwork came back normal. She is an overall health child with a history of lead poisoning. Highest level of 15. What could be the cause of her liver and spleen being swollen?
