What Caused The Death Of Twins During Childbirth?
hello sir, this is question is for my friend. his wife has been admitted to the hospital two days before for delivery, carried a twins. both kids were died after delivery. the doctor says that kids were having skin infectioin , and were having only one placenta.. she was undergone scanning before one month and was normal. 24 hrs before the delivery, she has been hospitalised and was not shown an discomfort. and doctor had used betamethazone inj(one generic brand).sir now we want to know wheter it was the fault of the doctor or not.please help. after birth we could find whitish color on the scalp of one kid. other was normal..

No its not doctor fault because Inj Betamethasone is very safe and we give it to mother to improve the lung maturity of fetus.you said it was one placenta so they were Monochorionic twins. Complications and neonatal problem are high in such twins so they must have died due to some intra uterine causes not doctor fault
