What Caused The Dizziness And Breathing Problem While Lifting The Gate?
Following exercise I lifted a gate that had dropped off its hinges and I suddenly felt I was unable to breath easily, I felt dizzy. I lay down on the ground on my side for a while then I began to feel better. What could have cause this to happen? I am 60 yrs old.
Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum. As you have tried to lift the gate, after exercises, there would have been tachycardia, and postural hypo tension.(syncope) When you became flat, it has settled, and you was comfortable. The other reasons may be the anemia. I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment . Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and protein rich foods, to have a good health. Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
