What Caused The Nose Bleed At Night?

Hi, I was just wondering if should see a doctor about this but for the first time ever I woke up last night about 4 am to a nose bleed it was pretty severe but only took about ten to fifteen min. To stop. But I always sleep with the fan on and I didn't do anything different than what. Normally do besides drink a few beers.

Have you ever checked the blood pressure - this is one of the most important reasons for nose-bleed.
Get an opinion of an ENT surgeon o have an ENDOSCOPY of the ENT field to see if there is a would or aberrent blood vessel in the nose , or a mass...
CT scan them may be warranted if there are positive findings in the nose.

Treatment by the time you visit a Doctor:
Put an ice in the mouth and cold compresses on the bleeding area.

Beer or any drinks can enhance this problem.
