What Caused Vaginal Discharges With Odor And Bleeding?

Few days back water like discharge was coming out from my vagina it smelled bad so i read about it on the net and then had applied some garlic washed it off after some minutes the next day i found some blood from my vagina later it was okay after a day still it worries me. What should I do?
