What Causes 19mm Thick Endometrium While On Mini-pill?

I have a 19mm thick endometrium. I m 20 years old. 3 weeks of bleeding and the doctors had ruled out any type of pregnancy. I am now on the mini pill - one hormone instead of the combined. Can you please advise of the problems that are associated with the 19 mm endometrium and what it could be?

Hi,

I think you are suffering from endometrial hyperplasia. You should get further checked. You should do a pap smear and a d&c procedure. The material that comes out of procedure should go for biopsy.
