What Causes 3 Vertical Brown Lines On Index Fingernail?

I have 3 vertical brown lines on my index fingernail and a small mole on that finger at the tip. It s been like 7 years since I first noticed it. I went to the dermatologist in the beginning and the said looks like nothing, you have dark shin, but reading all of this it has me freaking out! Any professional thoughts

But the lines may be choric use of any drugs..
Remind any long terl use of any medication
