What Causes 4-11 Seizures Per Day?

my cousin is suffering from seizures and cannot get the right treatment to stop them doctors are sayin its caused from stress but even when she is not stressed out she is having anywhere between 4-11 a day pls give me answers on how we can get them to stop or what we need to look for she is on keepra vimpat neurotin and klonopin nothing is working
