What Causes ACL Without Any Injury?

hi, i'm john and recently doctors told me that i had a torn acl when i didn't even fell and not even had pain and i also noticed that my wrist is irritating me and yesterday my shoulder hurt when i did a circular exercise
can this be a joint problem please help me
