Hi,
It seems you have multiple related as well as unrelated symptoms. Anxiety and
hypertension may have a correlation as anxiety can increase the blood pressure transiently when you are anxious. Alprazolam is fine for anxiety and it would help you in getting some sleep as well however if you still feel troubled then you should consider taking some
counselling sessions and if needed change of medication.
Sleep disturbances and rest of the symptoms would disappear once your anxiety problem is resolved. Continue taking anti-hypertensives for your raised blood pressure and keep monitoring it regularly. Please get your sugar levels under control with diabetic medications by a physician as they are deranged and can be kept under control with healthy diet and proper medication. You can continue taking
omeprazole for your bowel symptoms however I would advise you to take a healthy and fibre rich diet for getting rid of your bowel problems.
Mild elevation of SGPT is not significant especially when rest of LFT is normal.
Fatty liver is found in many people and can be taken as a normal finding however you need to avoid alcohol consumption if you consume it. Some people have a low
heart rate. If
bradycardia is within normal limits (not below 60) then there is nothing to worry. Vertigo and giddiness may be related to your blocked ear. Pl get it checked with an
ENT specialist as ear is related with balancing and giddiness.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Anoop Kumar, General & Family Physician
