What Causes Bump In Inner Lips Of Vagina?

I noticed one bump I went to the doctor and they are going to test out a bump i had in my inner lip of my vagina. i put medicine on it and it wasn't bothering me. went to bed slept fine and when i woke up there was blood. do i need to go to the doctor today? I was there yesterday and she didn't seem to worried.
