What Causes Coxsackiev B Virus Infection?
My daughter (41) and her two sons (3 & 5) are very sick with coksacki virus. They have all been plagued this winter with strep virus. Plus the three year old was given the mar shot. Boys have been in pool and at a farm. In your opinion what would be the most suspicious factor in this mix?

Coxsackie B viral infection transmitted by decompression oral route, primarily the bacteria may multiply in respiratory or oral mucosa.
In this period, it may be transmitted through droplets. Yes, through swimming pools the virus may spread.
There's no specific treatment for coxsackievirus infections. Antibiotics aren't effective in treating coxsackievirus or any other viral infection.
I usually recommend rest, fluids and over-the-counter pain relievers or fever reducers when appropriate.
