Hello, my name is Peter. Recently, I took one capsule of Theragran premiere 50 plus right AFTER a meal, as opposed to the directed DURING a meal. One hour after, I felt light stomach cramps which slowly got better over a 48 to 60 hour period. I had never experienced this before, and had been taking the capsules prior to this condition for 4 days without any symptoms However, this mild cramps(though not painful) can still be felt a total of 80 hours. I am not in any pain, no diarrhea, vomiting, weight/appetite/sleep loss, etc. I do however, have irritable bowel syndrome, so maybe that caused the capsule to not dissolve properly. I certainly appreciate any feedback. Thank you
