What Causes IBS, Chronic Headaches, Heartburn, Dizziness And Loss Of Appetite?

I have symptoms of IBS, chronic headaches, chronic heartburn, dizziness, loss of appetite, and I sleep a lot due to the dizziness. I ve had an mri, an mrv or mrb I don t know what s it s called cause when the er doctor told me what it was I was drugged up for the pain; and Ive had 2 cat scans of my head in the past 2 years. They can t figure out what s wrong or tell me it s just allergies and stress, but I can t help but feel like it s something else. What s wrong with me? My right nasal cavity is filled completely too.

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

Your symptosm seem to be related to irritable bowel syndrome.
I suggest to take daily probiotics.
I also recommend using a healthy diet and drink a lot of liquids.
The headache dont seem to be related to this diagnosis.
Based ont he fact that you had filled nasal cavity, I suggest to check the sinuses for further evalaution.
