What Causes Itching And Black Spots On My Vagina?

Hey, well I have a few problems really. Firstly it would be that I have bleeding between my periods every month for over 6 months. Secondly my vagina lips/vulva have become very itchy recently and when I do itch I get what looks like dry skin or mushy paper. I have been checked for sti s and hiv which came back clear so what is it? And thirdly i have a lot of black spots on my pubic area and suffer from ingrowing hair but its more than most women i ve asked about it, could it be and infection?
