What Causes Knee Pain After Pregnancy?

After my baby was born I started having knee pains. I'm currently breastfeeding. I was on bedrest for almost the entire pregancy and lost most musle tone. I lost 15 lbs while pregant and gained it back to deliver my son for a total of 0 weight gain and have now lost 15 more lbs since his birth. My son was premature, which means that I don't have a lot of time to my self with every three hour feeds and minimal sleep time. Is there anything I can do or take for the knee pain which will still allow me to continue breastfeeding?

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I really appreciate your concern and looking to the history given here if you have a knee pain after the delivery then could be due to the uneven strength that might have come on the limb during baby delivered, the posture of leg at that time might be in wrongly placed but this is nothing to worry and this would come around, take care and have a nice day.
