What Causes LRQ Abdominal And Back Pain Along With Tiredness?
Hi my name is Eve, Ive been experiencing in the recent months, pains below my right abdomen, backaches, and tiredness...and having to urinate every 5 to 10 minutes especially when Im drinking beer , and can drinks .Cold water does not have the same effect. But my biggest problem is I cannot control my bladder. I would really appreciate some advice. I am 42 years old.
Back pain, abdominal pain, and urinary symptoms indicate urinary infection or a genital infection (sexually transmitted disease). I would recommend you to have a gynecological exam and urinalysis and get treated according to the results. Meanwhile, try to drink plenty of water (at least 2.5 liters a day) and take ibuprofen to help with the pain. Cranberry capsules or juice may help with a urinary infection until you see your doctor.
I hope this answers your query. I remain at your disposal in case further medical assistance is needed.
Regards, Dr. Antoneta Zotaj General and Family Physician
