General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, i gone throigh your question and understands your concerns.
You are having sinuses infection.
I ve seen so many patient in my clinic, in which an xray of paranasal sinuses suggest acute sinusitis.
In this condition malaise, lack of energy, fever headache is common.chest pain occurs when there is associated lower respiratory tract infection.
Dont worry continue medicine given by your doctor.
If wasa your treating doctor i would suggest you moxifloxacin or azithromycin along with antihistaminic and pain killer.
More important than this is TINCTURE BINZOIN STEAM INHALATION.
I hope my answer will help you. Please do not hesitate in asking your questions.
