Hello dear
Understand your concern
PCOS is mltifactorial disease and following factors mainly involved:
Genetic factor, hormonal imbalance (excess androgen), obesity, metabolic disturbance and insulin resistance.
According to your history, you have taken femilon for 6 months and your period is regular now.
Course of disease and duration of treatment are very unpredictable.
Now i advice you to go for reproductive hormone analysis, USG scan and ovarian follicle study for progress of disease.
If all above investigation swill be normal and you have no symptoms then you can stop the treatment after consulting the gynecologist.
But regular follow up should done.
Do regular exercise, take healthy diet and anti oxidant rich food.
Hope this may help you
