Hi welcome to HCM.
PVC's are paroxysmal ventricular contractions which are quite common in patients after myocardial infarction. These result from abnormal conduction of electrical impulses in the damaged myocardium. These PVC's are not related to your Gun shot injuries which took place 20 years ago.I advise you to have a baseline ecg and an electrophysiological study of the heart to accurately document the pvc's and its treatment aspect.Radiofrequency ablation techniques can help in offering permanent cure in resistant cases.Have a semiannual follow up in the form of 2 dimensional echocardiography.Consult your cardiologist for further queries.
Thank you.
