What Causes PVCs In Heart?

I have pvc's and a few pac's - left pinky finger numb, run over by my car 05 and sharp back pain neck pain - the left pinky thing is new..spinal stenosis as well

I'm worried about the pvc's as they get worse when I lay on my left side, or dont' drink enough water. I've tried med's but they don't work. I am now 47, and I used to get runs of them more than 12 a minute, now perhaps down to seven cause I'm calmer - should I get a full workup

Cardiologist 's  Response
Hello,

After going through your medical query I understand your concern and I would like to tell you that yes you should get a full body work up with cardiac evaluation as you are having a cardiac arrhythmia.

It’s recommended for you to get an ECG, echocardiography, HOLTER, F/PPBS, HbA1C, MRI screening of the whole spine.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhanu Partap, Cardiologist
