What Causes Raynauds Symptoms With Numbness In Mouth?

I had pyomyositis in my right shoulder in October. I now have raynauds sypmtoms in all my fingers and the corner of my mouth is going numb. Any idea what it could be? I feel like I am dribbling all the time but when I look, everything seems normal. Plus my arm is starting to feel like a band tightening around it again. Thanks
