What Causes ST-segment Elevation In A Patient With Polymyositis?
I have had 3 EKGs in the last few weeks. the first read inferior ST elevation, compatible with early repolorization. The next one said mild ST elevation. borderline Ekg. today it said normal sinus rythym, rightward axis. borderline Ekg. I am 36 with polymyositis. what does this mean? can it be caused by my myosiitis?
