What Causes UTI Along With Stomach Infection And Low Grade Fever?

I work in a group home type setting and One of my guys has had a UTI with stomach flu, His temp has been normal, When I checked it, It was 95.5, I don t think I have ever seen it that low. But, tonight he looks pale around his mouth, breathing real slow. Can you tell me what this could mean?

Tiredness or fatigue are related to UTI infection.
Some examinations that should be done are:
-a urinalysis
-a urine culture
Treatment consist in antibiotics after the result of the examinations.
