General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

The urinary tract infection co-relate with indwelling catheter, which must be kept in ICU during dialysis and other treatment.

The best way is to cover it with the precise fluid intake as per the physician guidance, culture-specific antibiotics and urinary alkalisers if the electrolyte parameters allow for the same.

For sugar levels, have to take the HBA1C evaluation and consult your diabetologist.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
