What Causes UTI In A Child?

my baby is 2 years and 7 months old. she had a UTI last Oct. we already had her urine cultured and had her kidney and bladder ultrasound but the result is all normal. she had her antibiotic but there is still pus cells in her urine. How could this happen and why? thanks
