What Causes Vaginal Infection During Pregnancy?

I am 30weeks pregnat and had thrush about 3weeks ago and the doctor gave me a tablet to take. and i took it and she gave me cream two. but it seems the infection has come back its realy sore and itchy on my vaginal parts and i leak some clear white fluid quite regularly. could you help????
