What Causes A Bleeding Clitoris Overgrowth Cut With Vaginal Odor?

I have a cut on my clitoris with a small bit of hanging skin and it bled when I had sex the other day. My vagina also smells like puss that I've smelt before from my toe when I had an infection. I'm worried and don't know what the reason could be for this cut that suddenly appeared
