What Causes A Bleeding Discharge With Tension Headaches?

Hi I have a little amount of discharge and Im guessing blood in panties, and its very light when I wipe..I have been getting tension headaches in the morning for the past 2 or 3 days..Im not supposed to have my period until the 18th..but Im wearing a tampon at the moment so I dont ruin anymore underwear..can you help??
