Understanding your concern. As per your query you have bleeding head pimple with a slight ache which could be due to hormonal imbalance, allergic reaction, stress and clogged pores of sebaceous glands. I would suggest you to wash your forehead with Clindamycin gel. Apply cream on face rich in kojic acid and benzoyl peroxide. Need not to worry about bleeding. You should wash your face 3-4 times a day and apply salicyclic acid gel. Visit dermatologist once and get it examined. Start treatment after proper prescription and drink plenty of water. Drink 8-9 glasses of water daily and add fresh fruits and vegetables to your diet. Oral retinoids are one of the most effective antiacne medicines.
