What Causes A Blister Inside The Lower Eyelid?

Hello,

I had what looked to be the start of a stye a week ago. I then pulled the ower eyelid down and I now have a arge red, bister like bleb--does not look like a stye- on the inside lower lid/ eyeball. It does not hurt or itch- I hardly know it's there but I am very concerned. What are your thoughts?

Thank You!!

Hello
Welcome to Health care magic

It seems from the history that you are having a blister inside the lower eyelid. This is usually because of inflammation of glands of eyelid. The common conditions are stye or hordeolum. The treatment of the condition is by use of antibiotic eye drops and antiinflammatory drugs. Applying hot compression provides symptomatic relief.

Thank you
