What Causes A Blood Clot On The Penis After Intercourse?

Pls I have a blood clot in my right side of my penis I discovered it recently but it s been quite some months now... But almost a year or even a year I saw this once after sex with my wife I didn t know what it was but the next morning it vanished, so I thought it was a minor problem and that am free, but just three day I had sex and it came back hard again, pls I mostly musturbates as well could that be the cause and what should I do now pls help me...

Now I guess you have blood clots on penis after sexual intercourse

There are lots of pathological causes responsible for your problem


However, let me give my opinion here.


As per your symptoms history is concerned and if I were your treating doctor I must advise you to do like this-

1)Check you have penis injury or not if injury present use (framycetin)cream for any type of injury.

2)Do CBC with differential

3) Add a full course of antiviral for both husband and wife(acyclovir) orally as well as cream form in the penis and it will be prescribed by your treating doctor.
For this you need expert's guidance by your treating Doctor.
