What Causes A Blood Filled Pimple On Labia And Outside Of Vagina?

I have a blood pimple on my labia then I also saw on the outside of my vagina A swollen area about the size of a nickel it does not hurt when I touch it by it has gotten bigger the past few day. It s soft to touch. Not sexually active. should I see my Doctor?

It seems to be some kind of infection. May be bacterial or fungal infection. Or it may be a Sexually Transmitted disease.
