Hi.

Noted your history of bloody discharge from ear sounds causing vibration in ears, pain in ear for few days, Doctor prescribed antibiotic, but worried.
The commonest cause of your problems are as follows:
Build up of fluid to start with in middle ears,
This may occur through Eustachian tubes from nose as seen in most cases.
Bloody discharge is usually due to either rupture of ear drum causing wound that bleeds or due to hemolytic streptococcal infection.
Hence you need the most proper antibiotic effective against such bacteria.
Also needed is symptomatic and supportive treatment like Ibuprofen if it suits you, decongestant oral and nasal.
Povidone iodine gargles.
Take bed rest.
Complete the courses till cured.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
