What Causes A Blurry Vision & Pressure Over The Eyes?

Hi - I have been having blurry vision off and on for a week now. I also have been having pressure over my left eye. I am not sure if it is sinus pressure or not. Also, my left hand gets cold and weak (although I do have Raynaud's). I also have a cramp in my left leg/calf all the time. Should I be worried about a brain tumor?
