What Causes A Bowel Movement While Urinating?
I have had a change in my bowel habits. I am female and 61 years old. 5 6 and 140. Pretty physical fit, exercise 2-4 x a week. Eat healthy. I tend to have a soft bowel movement when I urinate. I have a severe urgency to have a bowel movement and at times not make it to the restroom.

it is quite normal. can be having constipation drink more water and take fiber rich food can take husk of isofgul dissolved in water at bed time and cremafin at bed time this way both will be controlled
